Has anyone successfully used the 5050e with the 790GX / SB750 chipset?
Specifically, I'm considering GA-MA790GP-UD4H with a 5050e. It seems others may have done this, but I've seen nothing official to support this combination.
Any help?

I have that set up; it works. I am using a biostar mobo, but the same chipset/cpu.

Outlander_04, thanks. I went there yesterday and it didn't have the 5050e listed. However, I had seen some posts of some who were looking to combine them but without confirmation that they had already done so. The reason I didn't take the Gigabyte list at face value, and thus the question, is that a different chipset had a similar question where the particular cpu was not listed at the time, it still worked, and now that cpu is listed. Thanks again.

gimpy1. Okay, that is a positive data point. I think I'll look a bit further just in case Gigabyte is doing something funny on their board. Thanks.
