Would this be good overclocking/gaming ram?

The specs look good, but power specifications are 2.2-2.35V, which is very high. If they ran them at 1.8V and 800 MHz, the specs wouldn't be as impressive.

So what does a high voltage mean?

Those are very good overclockers, very hard to find because the chips are no longer made. For the price you can't go wrong
