Help with build No video

Hi Guys
I'm totally ripping my hair out with this new build.
I have an asus p5q pro motherboard
An asus 4850 card
Q6600 cpu
4 gig g.skill ram
The 4850 card has just come come back from asus; who claims it's been repaired. The reason it was sent in; is because there is no video, at all.
If anyone has any ideas. Can you please help out.
