Rivatuner Dynamic Fan Controls

The 2.24 version of Rivatuner doesn't have a plus sign to add hardware monitoring options to control the fan speed. Anyone know a way around this?

^ The left side is v2.0, the right is v2.24

Where is the equivalent of the plus sign for version 2.24?
