Best drivers for Sapphire HD 4850

hi guys i just got my sapphire HD 4850 and i am wondering which are the best performing drivers out there.I also heard about hotfix and all but have no clue what is it.Can anyone help me out?

Generally unless you are experiencing issues with older game compatibility you should be using the latest drivers, aka the 9.2s

Not sure what hotfix you are talking about...
