WD Passport Not Showing Up

Hello, I bought a refurbished WD passport and it's not in my computer. It's shown in my device manager only. I can't try what the forum suggested because it doesn't even show at the bottom of the screen for me to initialize. Only my C drive and CD-rom drive is shown. Please help?!

does it show in disk manager? That's not the same as device manager.

Right click on "my computer" - manage - disk management
