Windows Max File Name Length

My message is can not delete any files because it says the names are too long. Tried to shorten them and they still will not delete and it won't let me shoten them.

Right click then click properties, make sure it is not checked read only or system. If it is then uncheck and try again.
If that fails get the "unlocker" application from filehippo.com and unlock then delete, make sure it is not a system needed file.
