I want to get the best out of performance and quality while getting a bang for the buck

Whats going in the case? Both have a single 80mm fan for cooling. Maybe not the best match for a high performance gaming system.
The included PSUs are questionable quality as well.

It depends on the components you are putting into these cases. If it's E5200 or AMD X2, with sub $60 motherboard, it will work fine.

If it's an i7 system with high end GPU system, don't waste your time. Increase your budget to get a quality PSU and decent case.
