Never tried that so if someone knows:
Can I use DDR2 533 memory on mobo that supports 667 and up? I dont want to overclock and will be happy if it works with 533 speed.
As long as the motherboard supports it, then it will work. If you want a definite yes or no, then let us know about the motherboard and memory modules.
Gigabyte GAG31MES2L, they have some memory modules compatible with 533, but I cant be sure or can I? BTW will it work with CPU fsb 533 on this mobo (min support 800 fsb) ?

Don't worry about the memory modules. They should work fine at Auto settings. There is no direct relationship between the RAM speed and the FSB. You can use a FSB 1066 or 1333 CPU (or even a 533 if you still use an old P4) along with DDR2-533 memory and it will work.
Well Just bought today another mobo (they didn't have Gigabyte): Asus P5KPL-CM, And it didn't work with the 533 CPU and 533 memory. Maybe Gigabyte would have worked but I'm not going to try, so I ordered 945chipset board...
