How to fix Runtime error!

My visual C++ runtime error is coming form Incredimail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have runnumeros malware and regristry cleaner and optimizers and nothing works.
ANy ideas?

The Runtime C++ error can usually be traced back to 1 of 2 areas:



1. Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries are missing

2. Software Issues/Problems.


From your question details it looks like you already tried to replace the missing libraries.

Have you tried reinstalling IncrediMail?


If yes and no improvement, have you contacted Incredimail's tech support?


You may also want to review you are reinstalling the missing Visual C++ Libraries correctly to rule this out.


If none of this works out replace Incredimail with a similar product but better tech support.
