I have
intel DG31PR 1333Mhz Bus Moterboard
intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz E8200 6MB L2cache
2Gb 800Mhz Kingston RAM
MSI Geforce NX7300GT 256MB TD256EH PCI.
Now i want to know the NVidia series 8 or 9 graphics card i can use with this system?Also the power supply requirements for it?My email is given

that sounds like a Dell build or something of that nature.

Yes you can use an Nvidia 8 or 9 graphics card with that system, but I strongly suggest upgrading the power supply, im sure whatever it has is garbage.
