Missing Recovery Disk

Ok. so my sis's Dell broke, and she asked me to fix it.. it wouldn't boot up windows cause windows32 was corrupted. buuuuuut a while back she changed up the HDD, and now it doesn't have that Dell PC Restore in a hidden partition... So I tried cloning my hard drive to that. and it like exploded, and now windows is rejecting the cloned version!! ahhh this is why i HATE Delll!!!!

oh and it says I can't make my own with windows backup software because I don't have a floppy disk drive so that also sucks
