I bought it in a store. Is the CPU glued on to the motherboard or stucked on to it? because i want to upgrade it. If its not glued on to the motherboard, Which CPU would suit me? cus im trying to play GTA4

It's not glued. The CPU has thermal paste between it and the heatsink and fan to keep the CPU from overheating

its T3504 and if its not glue, that means i can take it out right?

Correct. According to the specs for that computer, you only have 256 MB of memory and integrated graphics. Don't expect much if you change the CPU.

What you have: T3504 / Celeron D 352 3.20GHz 533MHz FSB / 256MB DDR RAM / ATI Radeon Xpress 200 / ATI X300 32MB VRAM graphics chip

What you need for GTA4: Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz or an AMD Athlon X2 64 2GHz CPU (or better) / 1.5GB of RAM miminum / 256 MB VRAM graphics card (GeForce 7900 or Radeon X1900 or higher)
(from: Bit-Tech review: Grand Theft Auto IV PC

A good chance you'll also need a replacement power supply for the new more powerful video card.

What budget are you working with?

Look inside your case and figure out what power supply you actually have.

The label should read something like BestTec 250 or BestTec 300

I have already upgraded my video card to geforce 8500 GT and 1.25 GB of ram. All i need is a Dual Core CPU, can my mother board support that?

Reply to darkmwar

You have a motherboard similar to this one: Intel BLKD101GGCL LGA 775 ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Micro ATX

Top Upgrade CPU options are Pentium D dual core CPUs. Pentium 4 D 840 3.2Ghz Dual Core / Pentium 4 D 960 3.6Ghz class of CPUs.

Both your 8500 GT video card and the Pentium D dual core CPUs are below the minimum spec for GTA4.

i think you should stop wasting money on upgrades here and there and invest in a new build (which is usually the ideal solution) or a new pc

Sure its glued

ok, glue is not ever used to keep a cpu in the socket,
its called soughtering when a cpu is stuck to its socket, unlike his

darkmwar, even if you upgraded this sys to max, youd still be under par for GTA IV and maybe most other games, if you care at all about gfx
spend your hard earned money on a new sys

emachines simply aren't designed for gaming, no matter what upgrades you make. You just can't bring them up to par compared to actually gaming machines. All an emachines is good for is people who have MINIMAL computing needs.
