Need your advice on which product is better for an HTPC build, primarily just for watching videos/DVDs. I am considering the 4050e 2.1GHz since it's a dual core but the speed is much lower compared the LE-1640 at 2.7GHz. Both have 45W TDP, so I guess power consumption is about the same.

A dual core would be better.
