This may be a dumb questions but I have a linksys WRTG54G with 2 computer attached and the WAN going to the internet. It all works fine. Can trasnfer files etc .....

What I want to do :

My main PC has 2 Ethernet connections... Can I take the one HTPC computer and connect it up to the mainPC and then have the main PC going to the linksys to get out the internet....

My 2 PC's are 1000T and If I can connect them without using the linksys they will share files faster. GOing throught the linksys at 100T is SLOW.

Maybe my question should be is why does my PC MB have two Ethernet LAN connections and how do I take advatgae of them :pt1cable:

If your ports are not auto MDX then you will need a crossover cable. If they are auto then you can use a straight thru cable. Setup ICS on both and your good to go.
