AM3 update?

I'll be buying this motherboard(760G):

My question now is:

If it comes with an old bios...

How will I be able to update the mobo's bios if I don't have any AM2/AM2+ cpu? I heard about the ez flash thing, but will it boot(<- not sure if that's the right word :X) allowing me to update it?

I'm attempting to build my own custom PC, since pre-builts for gaming are a little overpriced. I know how to set up everything else... but the motherboard(bios... ) confuses me a bit :x

You'll need a working CPU to flash the BIOS.
