so when i go to turn on my computer it gets past the motherboard logo screen and then BAM it restarts over and over and gets no where past the logo screen. I am able to go to the bois and tried reseting it to default but that didnt work so then Iv tried using a different power supply and harddrive but nothing.

is this a motherboard probleme or somthing else? i am almost certain this is a hardware probleme wich doesnt bother me that much the only thing im frusterated with is knowing what part is causing this so i can replace it?

specs are:

Gigabyte EP43-UD3L Motherboard
- OCZ SLI 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz (2x2048MB)
-Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8Ghz 3MB 1066FSB CPU
-XFX GeForce 9800 GT 512MB PCIe w/Dual Link DVI
-Windows vista

Gigabyte's tend to fall victim to the "endless reboot cycle". Before you RMA try to remove the battery and power from the motherboard for about 5 minutes, then see if you can use Qflash to update BIOS to latest version. If those don't work, RMA. While Gigabyte makes great boards, they do suffer from this once in a while.
