im building a system for my GF and i just wanted some other opponions on the build.

MSI G31M3-L V2 LGA775 G31 mATX DDR2 PCI-E16 2XPCI SATA LAN Sound Motherboard
with

MSI isn't that great. Gigabyte, Asus, or even Foxconn or Biostar would likely be more reliable.
If your GF plays any games at all, you'll want a stronger GPU.
Coolermaster isn't a great PSU, but may be sufficient in this build. That one is probably good for 425W-450W, which is enough even if you got a 4650 or 4670.
Here's an Intel build that is similar in price, but a little better:

For the setup u wont require 500W power...go for a good 380W or above PSU...max 450W will be enuf...

That's a good one. I didn't check Antec PSUs again; Newegg almost always has a good deal on one of the Earthwatts models.
