ASRock K10N78 Beeping - Constant.

This is the first time that I have this problem, MoBo constantly beeping.

I have an AMI Bios, so obviously my first thought was either the memory or the onboard graphics(nv 8200).
But everything seems to work, I can boot just fine, everything works,
there's just constant beeping in the background, so I'm rather stumped.

So I figured, what the hay, I'll just come and ask smarter people,
see if I can get some advice!

Maybe theres a short or something. To rule this out try taking the mobo out of the case(i ususally put it on a phonebook) and then boot.

ok, so after a week of scratching the top of my head,
I realized - I'm a dumbass!

forgot to check the most basic of basics,
I tried pushing a little on the bios/cmos battery to make sure its in,
and it works now, no beeping.
