Cpu core temp

I have e5200 intel cpu.
no O.C
the core temprature is alwayes 53c.
no matter Load or idle.
I check the temp with coretemp,everst and realtemp.

it could be that it worng reading, the cpu is dammeged?

Or the HSF is not properly installed.
