To be honest - I'd be more worried about the quality of that power supply. Why did you choose that model?

APEVIA ATX-AS500W-SV homepage
it has a 1 year warranty, only 2 SATA power connectors, no PCI-e power connectors, and 2 noisy fans.

You're going to pay 53 AUD for that thing, plus another 24.52 AUD for shipping.
Not looking like a good value to me.

Ok but will you please answer my question. Tigerdirect company is based in the US and if i am going to buy a PSU from them then that could mean that the PSU is American and i want to know if this is true and if it's not i want to know will it work with Australian wall sockets and voltages?

You need to stop flaming and start thinking, go to the the link provided for Apevia and you will see that they can be purchased in Australia. Nuff said?

Once again, think, maybe you could contact Apevia support and inquire about PSU compatability with your other components.

Why keep starting new threads?

That PSU is crap. Spend a few dollars more on an Antec Earthwatts, Corsair or Seasonic.
