Should I get a new power supply?

I plan on upgrading from my old Pentium 3.2Ghz(prescott) to a Core 2 Quad( 8200, 8400 or a 9400 are my choices)
So I'm only upgrading CPU, MOBOand RAM....its just a budget upgrade.

My current power supply is an enermax 535W FMA model, which I got last summer to replace an older 460W power supply(also enermax) because I needed the PCI-E connector to power the Geforce 9600 card I got.

Anyways, I'm wondering if I need to replace the power supply as well for the new setup system? Or is this one sufficient for the new system? The power supply has 2 +12v rails(18A).

Should be plenty of power. Have you considered a Phenom II, better bang for the buck?

Power supplies in the 500 to 550 watt range can easily handle your planned upgrade.
