Psu strong enough to handle overclock?

hi there im relatively new to this forum. Having heard that people get good responses and solutions here i decided to post my problem here i have recently overclocked my intel e5300 processor to 3.2 ghz on stock cooling. and i wanted to if my psu was up to the task giving enough amps and watts to rest of my system here are my specs:



intel e5300 dual core @ 3.2 ghz

xfx ati radeon hd 5670 1gb gddr5

an gigabyte g41m-es2l mobo

2gb ddr2 ram(samsung 1066)

i have a gigabyte 460w psu giving 18 amps on the 12v rail

Any replies would be appreciated

The PSU has two rails. I'd estimate that you can pull about 28 - 30 amps.

Although it's not a particularly good PSU, It will handle your system easily.
