Found the GTX 260 Core 216 @ TigerDirect.com $179US after $20 MIR, plus a copy of Mirror's Edge game.
Good to see pricing coming down. 
I'll probably be waiting for prices to come down more before I replace my 8800 GTS 512. It performs rock solid for me still.
