Add/Remove Programs is showing blank.

I format my computer, and then i found that add/remove programe is showing blank. whenever i installed some programmed in my pc. so, how can i show to my programm in add or remove progaramm.

1. Click Start, click Run, and then type CMD.
2. At the prompt, type REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL.
