I have an Acer Aspire one netbook

It has come up with the line - missing file \windows\system32\config\system - When I started it up today.

It says 'you can attempt to start using the original set up cd rom'.

The only thing, it never came with a cd rom, it doesn't have a cd drive.

even if I google and find this file, how can I to put it onto the netbook if I can't start up the computer.

I am now at a loss.

Can you help

Do you have usb port? Make a bootable usb memory stick, set it from bios to load, and then use the recovery console to replace those files from the repair folder to the config folder. But you should know a little command prompt or follow the lines step by step of Grumpy9117's link . And always backup the files your replacing!
