Is there a difference (Performance or other) between these two chips?

Both are Core 2 Duo processors designed for laptops. The T6400 has the same clock speed as the T5750 (2GHz). The T6400 however runs at a lower temperature and communicates with the rest of the computer faster. That should lead to better performance on its part.

Um am i missing something? looks like big diference is in the FSB 667 vs 800 for the 5750 and 6400 respectively?

The T6400 has a 45nm Penryn core and the T5750 has a 65nm Merom core.

The T6400 will be faster and cooler.
