System autorestart

Hi, I have a Windows XP pent. 4 and it always autorestarts after the loading screen. I think this happens because I've recently downloaded a game that took a huge amount of space. I got the message "Not enough disk space" ect... So I turn off the computer and this error has happened ever since. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I want to uninstall this game but don't know how

See if you can boot the PC in Safe Mode. After turning on the computer and immediately after the "beep", tap the F8 key a few times. You should get a white-text-on-black-screen menu with "Safe Mode" at the top of the boot list.

I have tried safe mode and after I press enter, It autorestarts.
