How hot can the ram get

i got corsair twin2x4096 8500c5 and they got up to 63-66max on full load, running prime 95 for 5 hours and 30 min , is that aright or should it be lower? i cant find wats the max temp it can handle

Well you shoudnt have to worry about ram temps unless your overclocking the crap outa them. :lol:
Ram is supposed to run pretty hot so i think your fine.
