Phenom II Cooler!

hey guys, i'm planning to buy a new phenom II x4 955, and i'm planning for a bit overclocking like increasing to 3.4 or 3.6 from 3.2, so do i need a new heatsink like the coolermaster hyper 212 plus, or the stock cooler will be doing fine, coz i think its a good looking cooler with 4 heatpipes?!

my question is should keep the stock cooler, or replace it with the cooler master hyper 212 plus, will it make big difference?!
