Thermal take Venomous X with P7-P55d-e pro

I have I5 750 on a mobo p7-p55d-epro .
Can I install The Venomous X or it won't fit ?
NB : have Gigabyte setto 1000 chase .

Nope it won't fit it's 160mm tall.
