A few months ago my computer crashed and had to be serviced by the same people who built it. Since getting it back, Windows XP SP3 will not recognize blank DVDs from my Lite On LH-20A1L DVD-RAM burner. Everytime I put a blank DVD, Windows recognizes it as a blank CD. I'm not sure if it's the burners fault or Windows. Nero also refuses to burn discs to the drive even though it goes through the entire process of burning, the disc comes out of the drive blank. Windows Media Player also requests that a burner be installed when I try to burn CDs using it. Is there any way to fix this?
