I would go with this RAM.

What resolution are you using now and what will you upgrade to?

What is your PSU?

Everything look alright to you? I'm going with one 640GB WD Caviar black right now just in case I decide to add any more later for raid. I was going to go with a VelociRaptor but this cuts cost quite a bit.

Looks good. The VR is faster, but not noticeably.
