If I disable the v-sync on my video card while running games, does this have the potential to damage my monitor? My monitor really bottlenecks games at high resolutions.

Vsync limits max frames, so if ur refresh rate is 85Hz, it;s fine, hell, even 60Hz would be fine. I dun see how it limits it, but taking off vsync is fine, though things may look wierd cause u get parts of frames togther.

What if you had admin rights to life?
