I have Windows Media Player 10.00.00.3646 and want to transfer files (both
..wma and .mp3) to my iPaq running Windows PocketPC 2002 and Windows Media
Player 8 for Pocket PC version 8 build 0103.

When I choose a Music Quality Level that is lower than the level the files
were originally recorded at, I get an error message 'Windows Media Player
encountered an unknown error...'

When I choose to copy files using the automatic setting, the files are
successfully copied to my iPaq with no change in file quality, or size.

How do I correct this problem?
