Temperature in my new build

First thanks for all the good advice I got here to build my new rig.

I don't know what temperature I should expect in the MB and in the CPU. Right now it's 35C in the MB and 39C in the CPU and I haven't started overclocking. For now the settings were set on auto and I'm wondering if that's not a bit too hot at iddle?

The system is:
I7 920
Asus p6t (standard not deluxe)
V8 cpu fan
Gskill 1600mhz ram (3x2 GB)
corsair 750tx psu
Case is a coolermaster HAF

Sounds about right to me...

Are you using a stock heatsink/fan?

I'm using a Cooler master v8 CPU cooler (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103055) instead of the stock fan.
