Overclocking zotac geforce 9800gt synergy edition

I have a zotac geforce 9800gt synergy edition graphics card and I want to overclock it coz it is bit down clocked than normal 9800gt....I want to play Just Cause 2 and Crysis on very high.

Which overclocking utility is best?

Is there any need to overclock coz I m running
17" monitor (1280 X 1024)?

Will heating become an issue?

Evga Precision is what I like to use to OC Nvidia cards. There's plenty of other options out there as well, but that's a good place to start.

Generally graphics cards are shipped with their fans not running at 100%, so you can up the fan speed to counteract the overclock.

Overclocking your CPU will most likely gain some performance as well.

I overclocked it to max and is using my AC to cool it.
load temp 32 degree C
casual temp 12 degree C
