Kingston 2GB DDR2 KHX8500AD2/2G
Frequency 1066MHZ
Verified Latency CL7
Voltage 2.0V
Product Description
Kingston's 256M x 64-bit 2GB (2048MB) DDR2-1066 CL7 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module, based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components. This module has been tested to run at DDR2 1066MHz at a latency timing of 7-7-7-20 at +1.85V to +2.0V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 800Mhz timing of 6-6-6-18 at +1.8V.
This 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V

i know the 1st steps:
Bios > Intelligent Tweaker > SPD People told me to choose 4.00A but when i choose it change to 1333 !!
the only choice that show 1066 is 3.20B !! is this right choice ?
ok 2nd step must change the Latency people told me to change it to 5.5.5.15 (Auto 6.6.6.18)
i think it's 7.7.7.20 >> is that right ?
3rd step the voltage control > do i choose 2.00v or make it automatic ??
which numbers ?
i just wanna know what to choose in the SPD
and change the frequency to what ?
and choose 2.00v in the control voltage or leave it automatic.. !!
You have to change the timings to 7-7-7-20 <---Bios
Then manually change the frequency from 400Mhz to 533Mhz
Then change your voltage from "AUTO" to 2.0V and reboot....
After this is done you pull up CPU-Z and make sure its running @ 1066Mhz
