My motherboard is Gigabyte 77OTA-UD3 and my ram is 4 gigs Kingston Hyperx ddr3 1600mhz. The problem is that my ram is runing on 1333mhz and when I clock it to 1600mhz , my pc gives BSOD when starting windows. I've set my ram settings like this http://img816.imageshack.us/img816/9868/ramclock.jpg and I don't know much about overclocking ram. Right know I am using my ram with the same numbers like in the pic but on 1333mhz because as I said on 1600mhz pc crashes. Please help

Pc specs :
Gigabyte 77OTA-UD3
PSU : Cooler master silent pro 600w
Ram : 4 gigs Hyperx ddr3 1600mhz
CPU : AMD Phenom II x4 965
HDD : Seagate 500gb sata2
Sapphire HD 5770 1gb

Also running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

Nice.

Go to the BIOS and change the following settings:

CL=9
tRCD=9
tRP=9
tRAS=27
Command Rate= 2T

and set the voltage to 1.7V. Test the rig with that configuration and let me know if that works.

Hmm I'll do that but is it ok that my dram voltage beyond 1.640 is in red numbers and beyond 1.9 is in flashing red numbers :O just curious I don't wanna do something that I will regret afterwards.

Your RAM is build for support 1.7-1.9V that IMO is very high for DDR3 since some DDR3 can run at 1.35V. You can check that here and here

Now my advice is RMA the RAM and get a different one with lower voltage max 1.65V if u don't feel comfortable about the rise voltage.
