Would my Coolermaster Realpower 620W be enough to power this build?

NEC DVD±RW burner AD-7201S, SATA, Black,
Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5
Western Digital Caviar SE16 500GB SATA2
OCZ DDR2 PC6400 4GB KIT, Titanium
Intel Core™ 2 Quad Q9400 2,66GHz
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R, P45, Socket-775
NZXT LEXA Blackline Blue Edition

I already ordered all the above so can I stick with the current PSU or do I need to order a different one immediately before I start building ??? All the parts will arrive in 1 - 2 days :D

Also, Im planning to go with Windows RC 7. Should I splash some cash on Vista instead?

Replies would be very much appreciated ;)

You are okay with your current psu.

A good psu in the 500 to 550 watt range can easily power a quad core gaming system with any single video card made. Your power requirements are lower. Have fun!

Skip Vista and go straight to Windows 7. Personally I am going to wait for the full version. It will be a while before I do my next build.
