XP Command problem

Hello,

When clicking a drive link in My Computer system folder, it displays the command prompt box instead of going to the drive or DVD. I do have all Service Pack updates 1 to 3.

Please help anyone!

You Need to Install Third Party Software Like Advanced System Care, A Free Utility, Link Is Given Below

to be downloaded and install in your computer. Run It Up. It Will Perform All Tests.
Don't Do Anything After All Tests Are Done.

Just reboot Your Machine and now check your status, voila !! best of luck

I have used ASC for many years now, so I tried it along with three other reg cleaners - none worked.

Try a system restore to a WORKING earlier time. If not try to repair your windows from the CD.
Also, remember whether it was working before a windows update took place or after the installation of a software. If yes, try uninstalling the update or software.
