No, no, and no. Some overclockers use it to get the absolute most from their CPU - google it to see pics of their set-ups. Since N is a gas at ambient temperatures, you have to use liquid N. It is expensive and dangerous - spill some on your flesh and you get instant frostbite, bump it and you have a wound. Liquid N will return to its gaseous state at ambient temps fairly quickly.
