So i have 2x2GB DDR3 in my computer. My computer was very slow so i looked in the task manager performance thing and it says that 2.16 GB of the RAM are being used. The only program i have running is Firefox and Kaspersky 2010. I have Windows Vista Professional SP1 and i was wondering if it is normal that the computer was using so much memory.

Do you know if windows 7 will be any better in that area
