Starting windows problem

Hello, my problem is,if i have to start my laptop, it is will come with bad sound like a weak of battery which i haven't hear before..can anybody help me??

umm, so you're saying that your computer is beeping out of PC speaker when you boot it up?

so is the battery low? have you tried booting up with battery disconnected? if this isn't related to the battery, this is a way of motherboard letting you know that there's something wrong with hardware. Watch your screen during boot up carefully, it should probably give you some clues as to what is wrong. If there's nothing at all access your Setup / BIOS menu and check there.

Lastly, if windows loads, check the device manager for any indicated faults.
