More about rhino 450w enough
  1. How many amps does it have on the 12V rail?
  2. Hard to find information about the psu.
  3. Probably an A-Top Rhino power supply.
Not too long ago you could have got the A-Top RHINO ATP-RX500 500W power supply from NewEgg for $29 with a $29 rebate.

One active listing at NewEgg A-Top SUPER CHARGE ATP-AP550B 550W also getting poor customer reviews.

Company website home page and support pages not working - which is a very bad sign. http://www.a-top.com
  4. All signs point to "AVOID"
  5. The Rhino SP-450Y is made by Raidmax. Here are the specs:

    1x 120mm Fan

    Input Voltage: 115/230 V

    Output: +3.3V@20A, +5V@26A, +12V@21A,
    -12V@0.5A, -5V@0.5A, +5VSB @ 2.0A

    Connectors: 20+4 pins main power, 4 pin ATX-12V, 1x SATA, 6x 4 pin Molex, 1x Floppy, 1x PCI-E 6-Pin
  6. I have to agree the Rhino does not appear to be much of a psu. Not much of a +12 volt rail. Power connectors are not up to date.
  7. Thanks for the help guys.

I definitely wont be using the rhino if it costs $29 with a $29 rebate. lol It sounds like a disaster in the making.

Im now looking at the Raidmax Smilodon Mid Tower, but from the reviews on newegg and other sites, the psu seems pretty useless.

    So far,

    Ultra LS600

I certainly don't want my pc to blow up, so any recommendations from Tiger Direct or newegg for around $60 besides the Ultra?

  8. Raidmax PSUs aren't that great either, but I'm not sure if it is a Raidmax PSU in the case too. I don't think you'd need a Ultra 600W PSU. I think this one will work as well.

  9. Quote:
Get this, its only $29.99 after rebate.

Use this promo code to get it for $39.99, then send in the $10 rebate.

Promo only good throuh memorial day.

Sorry I didn't catch this reply, I will take into consideration.
