I have never flashed a BIOS so need some detailed instructions. I am trying to install the newest BIOS for my ECS board a790gxm. Here is the download page

I have not gotten very far after downloading the file. What do I have to do next?

I have an external hard drive that can be bootable. There webaite has instructions, but not very thorough.

Now my computer will not boot at all after doing the proper BIOS update.
