A good quality 500W+ is plenty. Corsair HX520 or 620.

Go with the GTX275, 285 is not worth the extra cost.

If this is to be used for gaming then 6GB of OCZ Platinum is plenty.

^5 +1 what theAnimal said.

A high quality, high performance power supply in the 500 to 550 watt range can easily handle an overclocked quad core cpu and any single video card made.

It would be different if you were going to use mutiple video cards in SLI or CrossFire mode.

+1 for theAnimal regards the video card. Go for 275. If is for gaming even 3 gb is more than enough but buy 6 gb to be future proof.
I suggest that you will buy a psu bigger than 650W in case you will want to have SLI and have room for future upgrades.

If you have plans to run 2 GTX 275 in SLI, then get a good 700W PSU - Either the Corsair 750TX or PCP&S 750...
