I have a notebook with Vista, and a desktop with Windows 2000.
I have a generic 2 port KVM Switch, that i got from Ebay for 14 $ It works fine with two laptops.

However, after hooking on the KVM switch between these components, I managed to see Windows 2000 on my laptop. I am able to use both extendedable as well as Laptop; Monitor display from my laptop.

But i am not able to do the same from my Desktop which has windows 2000
I am unable to even get the grapic properties for second monitor or the extended monitor!! Am i missing something!!

Note: Apologies for the wrong sub-category, but i cudnt find something suitable.
