AMD 7850 64 bit or no?

Is this CPU AMD X2 +7850 a 64-bit chip or no? I am kinda confused cause on the box it does have "64" but the BIOS on my MB does not say "64-bit"

Yeah the AMD Athlon X2 7850 CPU is a 64-bit.

AMD +7850 3.00 ghz (I don't really overclock that much but its nice to have 3 ghz )
Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe
Mushkin 8GB DDR2 800mhz
XFX 8800GT x2 (Not in sli mode in physx mode seems to run games smoother)
Vista HP x64

Forceware 185.85
Bios is 2205 for MB
Everything is up to date but like I said in my other post my 3DMark 06 seems kinda low

No aa No ffa 1650-1050 res all test sellected and I got just over 10k. Anyone got any ideas? Seems like I might have a bottleneck somewhere. I'm gonna see if sli helps after. Thanks for the help
