Cpuid giving wrong reading on amd cpu

this has had baffled for a few days now and i cant figure out what is wrong

I have set the mulitplyer to 15.5 in the bois done all the nessary tweaks but cpuid is still show the wrong stats for my cpu

no CnQ is disabled in the bios.

bios tells me cpu is running at 3.1ghz and so does windows 7 pro 64bit its just cpuid that says different.

I have tryed everything i can think off but is just wont change so im thinking there is something wrong with the motherboard or the cpu.

Guessing C1E is disabled.. What bios are you running ? I see there has been only one update for your bios under "other os" (no w7/64), where as the m3n72-d has had 13 updates for w7/64. Last one being on 11-5 :(

But your bios and os are reporting correctly. Have you tried an older version of cpuz as suggested earlier ? http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z/versions-history.html

It's more like cpuz is reading the min FID of 6.5x under P-States.

Can one disable FID/VID Control ? or raise the min FID under P-States ? I'm not sure, maybe someone can chime in on that ??
